Estimates and work

Every job starts with an on-site look and a written scope. Work begins only after you, or someone with authority over the property, approves it. The written scope and work authorization you sign govern the job, not this website.

How calls are answered

Our 24/7 line is answered by our cleanup crew. On the rare occasion every crew is already committed to a scene, we may pass your call to another qualified cleanup company nearby so you are not left waiting. That company quotes and performs its own work under its own terms, and we tell you when this happens.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but laws, programs and insurance practices change. We may update these terms and the site at any time.
