Call us any hour of the day or night

What to tell us when you call

• Your name and the address of the property
• Whether police or the Medical Examiner have released it
• What happened and which rooms, vehicles or areas are involved
• Whether anyone is living there now, including pets
• Your insurance company or claim number, if you have one

After the call we confirm a time, arrive with the right equipment, walk the scene with you and write down the scope before anything is removed. If you are out of town, we can arrange access through a landlord, neighbor or attorney.
