What this website collects

This website does not ask you to type in personal information. There are no sign-ups, accounts or online payments. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Phone calls

When you call (267) 699-2329, we note your name, the property address, what happened and how to reach you, so we can do the job and keep records for you, your insurer or your landlord. We do not sell this information.

Who we share information with

We share details only when needed to do the work or when you ask us to: for example with your insurance adjuster, a property manager, an estate attorney, or the medical waste facility that receives sealed waste. We may share information when the law requires it.

Fonts and outside links

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. Links to maps open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
